Built for service fleets with 5–30 vehicles

Stop managing vehicle maintenance in spreadsheets.

FleetNudge gives small service businesses one simple place to track maintenance, collect mileage and receipts from drivers, catch overdue service, and understand what every vehicle really costs.

No credit card. No long-term commitment. Pilot access is limited to a small group of U.S. service businesses.
FleetNudge Dashboard Mockup

Built for the point where spreadsheets stop working

FleetNudge is for owners and operations managers who oversee a growing fleet without a full-time fleet department. If vehicle information lives across spreadsheets, text messages, paper receipts, calendars, and people’s memory, the pilot is being built for you.

5–30 work vehicles Multiple drivers or technicians Maintenance tracked manually No dedicated fleet department
Need live GPS dispatch, dashcams, ELD compliance, or enterprise procurement? FleetNudge is intentionally not trying to replace a full fleet operations platform.

Your spreadsheet is not the problem. Everything around it is.

A spreadsheet can store rows. It cannot remind the right person, collect an odometer update from a driver, keep a receipt attached to the correct vehicle, or show what is already overdue without someone constantly maintaining it.

Maintenance depends on memory

Service dates and mileage intervals are easy to miss when updates depend on one owner, office manager, or technician remembering to check the sheet.

Mileage arrives late

Drivers are on the road. Odometer readings arrive through texts, photos, calls—or not at all—making mileage-based maintenance unreliable.

Receipts are everywhere

Repair invoices, tire receipts, inspection photos, and service notes end up in inboxes, gloveboxes, phones, and accounting folders.

Vehicle costs stay unclear

You know what the business spent, but not always which vehicle is becoming expensive or what it costs per mile to keep it operating.

Drivers should not manage software

Your team needs a quick way to submit mileage, photos, and service details—not another complicated system to learn.

Enterprise software is too much

Full fleet platforms can add GPS, fuel cards, inspections, inventory, telematics, and complex workflows when all you need is reliable maintenance tracking.

Move from spreadsheet chasing to a simple maintenance routine

Step 1

Import your vehicles

Start with your existing spreadsheet or add vehicles manually. Keep each vehicle’s mileage, service history, receipts, and upcoming maintenance together.

Import vehicles interface

Step 2

Collect updates from the people driving them

Drivers and technicians can submit odometer readings, service notes, photos, and receipts from their phones without navigating a complicated fleet system.

Driver submission on mobile

Step 3

See what needs attention

Review service that is coming due, already overdue, or waiting for information from a driver—all from one clear dashboard.

Dashboard showing overdue service

Step 4

Understand the real cost of every vehicle

Keep maintenance spending tied to the correct vehicle and monitor total cost and cost per mile over time.

Vehicle cost reporting chart

The maintenance essentials—without the enterprise overhead

Vehicle maintenance records

Keep service history, mileage, notes, documents, and upcoming maintenance in one vehicle record.

No more searching across spreadsheets, inboxes, and paper folders.

Mileage and date-based reminders

Schedule recurring maintenance by date, odometer reading, or whichever comes first.

Catch oil changes, inspections, tires, brakes, and other recurring service before they become overdue.

Simple driver submissions

Let drivers submit mileage, photos, receipts, and maintenance updates through a focused mobile-friendly form.

Drivers submit the update; managers keep control of the record.

Due and overdue dashboard

See what is due soon, overdue, recently completed, or still missing information.

Know where to follow up without reviewing every row in a spreadsheet.

Receipts and service documents

Attach invoices, inspection reports, photos, and service documents to the correct vehicle and maintenance event.

Build a clean service history you can reference later.

Vehicle cost reporting

Track maintenance spend by vehicle and monitor cost per mile to identify vehicles that may be becoming expensive to keep.

Make replacement decisions with organized records—not memory.

More reliable than a spreadsheet. Simpler than a full fleet platform.

Landscaping and pest control

Track pickups, vans, and light-duty vehicles whose mileage and maintenance needs change throughout the season.

Cleaning and property services

Keep a growing group of service vehicles organized even when fleet administration is only one part of the office manager’s job.

Contractors and small construction teams

Maintain a clear service history for work vehicles and keep repair documents connected to the right asset.

Local delivery and mobile services

See upcoming and overdue maintenance before vehicle downtime disrupts the week’s schedule.

Help shape a simpler maintenance tool for small fleets

We are inviting a limited number of U.S. service businesses to participate in the first FleetNudge pilot. Pilot members will help us prioritize the workflows that matter most, test the early product with real vehicle data, and give direct feedback as the product improves.

Pilot members will get:

  • Guided spreadsheet import and initial setup
  • Direct access to the founder during the pilot
  • A voice in feature priorities and workflow decisions
  • Early access to new maintenance features
  • Preferred pilot pricing if the product becomes a fit
  • The ability to leave the pilot at any time

We are looking for members who:

  • Manage approximately 5–30 work vehicles
  • Currently use spreadsheets, paper, or disconnected tools
  • Share an honest view of the current maintenance workflow
  • Import or enter real vehicle and maintenance data
  • Provide brief feedback during the pilot
FleetNudge is in an early pilot stage. Some workflows may begin with hands-on setup and may change based on participant feedback. We will always be clear about what is available before asking you to use it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is FleetNudge?

FleetNudge is an early-stage vehicle maintenance tool for small service businesses with approximately 5–30 work vehicles. It is being designed to replace scattered spreadsheets, reminders, receipts, and mileage messages with one focused maintenance workflow.

Is FleetNudge available today?

FleetNudge is currently recruiting a small group of pilot customers. Pilot availability and functionality will be explained clearly before you import any data. Applying does not create a paid subscription.

Who is the pilot for?

The best fit is a U.S. service business with 5–30 vans, pickups, or light-duty work vehicles that currently manages maintenance through spreadsheets, paper, calendars, text messages, or disconnected tools.

Is this a GPS tracking platform?

No. The initial FleetNudge pilot focuses on maintenance records, mileage updates, reminders, receipts, overdue service, and vehicle costs. Live GPS tracking, route dispatch, dashcams, and telematics are outside the initial scope.

Do drivers need to learn a fleet management system?

The goal is to keep driver participation focused. Drivers should be able to submit an odometer reading, receipt, photo, or service update without navigating the manager’s full maintenance workspace.

Can I import my existing spreadsheet?

Spreadsheet import is a pilot priority. We plan to help early participants bring over their existing vehicle list and maintenance history instead of requiring them to start from zero.

Can FleetNudge remind us based on mileage?

Mileage-based reminders are part of the planned pilot workflow. Their accuracy depends on receiving current odometer readings, so the pilot will also test the easiest way for drivers or managers to submit mileage updates.

Does FleetNudge include work orders and parts inventory?

Not in the initial pilot. The first version is intentionally focused on maintenance records, reminders, driver submissions, receipts, overdue service, and cost visibility. We will evaluate lightweight work-order needs with pilot customers before expanding the scope.

How much will it cost?

We currently expect paid plans to begin around $19 per month for a small fleet. Final pricing and limits will be tested with pilot customers. You will see the proposed price before making any payment decision.

Is a credit card required to apply?

No. Applying for the pilot or requesting a conversation does not require a credit card.

What happens after I apply?

We will review your fleet size and current workflow. If the pilot looks relevant, we will invite you to a short conversation to understand how you manage maintenance today and confirm whether the current pilot can help.

Can I leave the pilot?

Yes. Participation is voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Before importing data, we will also explain what export options are available during the pilot.

Is FleetNudge useful for one personal vehicle?

The primary product is being designed for business fleets. Individuals and very small fleets can begin with the free maintenance log template.

Your fleet does not need more software. It needs a maintenance process people will actually use.

If your team has outgrown spreadsheets but does not need an enterprise fleet platform, help us build the simpler option.
